SUNTANK after sale service non existing

My service provider and myself have been trying to get hold of Helen for a warranty claim for more than a month. She does not respond to emails or phone calls. She is also the only person who can apparently help. Dont even want to give them a 1 star rating, because they are absolutely pathetic.

NEVER BUY SUNTANK, their aftersales support is non existing.
