Solar Geyser

I think this is the best solar geyser money can buy. I have 3 of them the only problem is the backup service. I can't call it bad, it's non-existent. I installed my first one 9 years ago. The quote says "Buy direct from the manufacturer / 10 year warranty on the suntank system". They don't mention the planks they install to support the geyser are not part of the system. So when mine collapsed onto the ceiling they very kindly sent an external contractor to quote for a re-installation. Fortunately I installed the other 2 and I guarantee they will never fall down.
