Guarantee not honored

During July 2017 while away from home my suntank solar panels ruptured. Suntank does not have a presence in the western cape anymore and had to rely on a third party to come and do the repairs. However the third party that was contracted in by Suntank delivered a report stating that the solar panels has ruptured and needs replacing. The guarantee that Suntank extended states that it is covered for 10 years. The Solar system was installed in the middle of 2012. Ever since the report was issued to Suntank by the third party nothing is forth coming. After numerous calls and email correspondence I have no choice but to inform other buyers about this pitfall. They still send me communication to request that I must service my tank. The different employees keep on passing the buck.
