Helen and Bianca are extremely rude individuals who dont care how they speak to customers. The customer service is appalling. my geyser was serviced in July then August it suddenly starts leaking as if they did it intentionally, had to pay for it to be fixed and now again its leaking and they wont send anyone to check it out. Bianca was beyond rude.
