ZERO useful product support
There is an error connecting my data logger to my wi fi but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ANYONE in this organisation to provide ANY ASSISTANCE whatsoever. Their online chat consultants are completely useless. NOBODY EVER answers emails sent to their support email address and the lady on the other end of the phone cannot even put me through to anyone who can help. What kind of circus organisation is this?
