Sunsynk - Worst company /Service

Over the past 5 months, I have endured 3 failed repair attempts, multiple installer call-out fees, countless follow-ups, and still no resolution from Sunsynk. My inverter has never worked properly since being "repaired" and continues to suffer from unstable power, flickering lights, and unexpected shutdowns. In contrast, the loan unit supp**** by my installer worked perfectly, strongly suggesting that the fault lies with the inverter itself.

What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of ownership. I have had to repeatedly chase for updates, answers, and action, while being met with delays, excuses, and requests for information that had already been provided. Despite numerous promises of escalation and management involvement, I am still waiting for a permanent solution, a replacement, a refund, or even a proper technical report explaining what was repaired and why the fault persists.

This experience has cost me time, money, and considerable frustration. Customers deserve better service, accountability, and support when dealing with a product failure of this nature.
