Sunsynk Support or Rather the Lack of It!!!

Good product when it works... Over 7 weeks wait for it to be repaired when it doesn't - even if it came out of the box faulty... A real don't care attitude towards their resellers. Nightmare to get a hold of them sometimes. Promise to return calls and never return them. Don't respond to emails. Eventually when it is ready, they don't have the courtesy to phone and inform the client..
