Sunsynk SA - Repair and ETA time frames

Feedback and ETA from Sunsynk SA on a Sunsynk 8kVA Hybrid Inverter - good luck....

Due to delays from the supplier - Voltex the unit was booked in on 03-02-2023 - 6 weeks on the repair bench with no indication or ETA when the repair will be done.

With several correspondence - We will let You know when the unit is repaired - 6 weeks down the line. In the mean time I need to give feedback on the unit's progress to my congregation, as this unit was originally purchased to supply and stabilize the new digital audio equipment...

Surely when a unit gets booked into their system a service time frame should be given. Sunsynk is one of the top brands of Hybrid Inverters - the reason we acquired the unit for the specific project....
