Sunsynk not so synny, never expected a product with 5 year warranty to last only 5 months and then have no backup service.

I bought a Sunsynk Inverter the end of 2022 in order for my business to survive because I cannot get work done with the constant power outages in South Africa. Was initially happy with the user friendliness of the menus and all was good until it broke one morning, the end of April after only 5 months of use. Got the installer to remove it immediately and I took it into Sunsynk SA myself, expecting to get the unit repaired in a reasonable time like a week, since it has only worked less than 5 months of its 5 year warranty and is still new.

Going on 3 weeks later and many calls and follow ups, cannot even find out where my unit is or when it will be returned! In the meanwhile my business is suffering badly because my solar system is inoperable without the inverter. I am not even granted the courtesy of a promise thus far.

Should have gone with another brand, my Goodwe in my home was not so user friendly, but at least worked perfectly for many years.....
