Sunsynk Max 16kw out-of-box failure on installation - A month later hasn't even been collected for assessment!

On February 7, this year, I upgraded my 8.8kW inverter that had been working for four years with a Sunsynk Max 16kW inverter. Unfortunately the unit failed during installation (an out-of-box failure) exhibiting four distinct issues: the inverter efficiency reported at around 91% instead of the expected greater than 97.6%; the LCD screen touchpoints and displays were misaligned; the DC temperature was frozen at -51; and MPPT 1 did not provide input power. My installer, an accredited PVGreencard professional, has supp**** all the data sets to Sunsynk. The faulty unit has been removed and packaged in its original packaging, awaiting collection by Sunsynk for evaluation, which was completed a week ago. Instead of taking the unit off-site for assessment, Sunsynk could easily review the unit and conclude its out-of-box failure by simply logging into the Sunsynk App and viewing all the required telemetry, however I am not happy to accept that it has taken more than a month and we have not made any meaningful progress on this matter. My requests for an escalation path in Sunsynk are disregarded, and I am not heard when I plead for someone to come and retrieve this faulty unit. This customer service is incredibly subpar. Efforts to raise the situation have been frustrating and unsuccessful. All I ask is for Sunsynk to adhere to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and provide me with what I purchased. It is undeniable that the unit has never worked from the initial installation, and under the CPA I am entitled to choose the remedy I want. I am loyal to the Sunsynk brand I simply want what I paid for – an installed and commissioned brand-new, fully functional Sunsynk Max 16kW inverter.
