Sunsynk lacking customer service/communication

Logged a ticket, wifi ****le stopped working 1 week after installation, they were prompt to respond stating it will be sorted out within 48 hours, IT department was going to flash it as it's a known problem etc. Its now been a full week and they refuse to respond to my daily queries for feedback via email, their app or phone call.

So not a great start, the inverter works well, would be nice to monitor it though.
