I Had an issue with an installer (Union Power) based in Johannesburg and assumed that SunSynk was the issue but this was not the case, Mr David Drake the Director of Global Tech SA was the most helpful individual that I have crossed paths with. I would recommend a Sunsynk product to anyone looking to go the solar route.
