Shocking aftersales service.

My 2 year old 8Kw inverter started malfunctioning and I was told 2 weeks turnaround under guarantee. It has been 3 weeks and it is still in Jhb “because we are very busy”. Well great for you, but your clients have invested in your ******* product it is a waste of time and MONEY.
