Faulty product and long turnaround times

Purchased a 8kw sunsynk inverter June 2024 as the product was highly recommend. BMS port has failed and inverter sent to repair facility by the certified sunsynk installer. A month has passed with no repair or replacement unit. Please sunsynk you are making me loose faith in using your product.
