Excellent Sunsynk service

It is with absolute pleasure that I give Sunsynk a massive thumbs up and a score of 11 out of 10 for customer services. Thank you to Mr DAVID Drake and his team ,who entertained a complaint from myself, about one of the distributors who had not fulfilled the agreement Under which, our Sunsynk inverter was bought .

I contacted Mr Drake who was not only empathetic to my problem but resolved it within 48 hours, which exceeded my expectations.

It is incredibly pleasing to know that Sunsynk treat their consumers this way.

This problem was not a Sunsynk problem, but a retail outlet problem, which Mr Drake and his team took on themselves and made it theirs. This kind of passion, commitment and devotion to customer satisfaction, Is rarely seen in any industry and anybody wanting to buy an inverter with superior backup services, and peace of mind should look no further than Sunsynk themselves.
