Tsogo Sun- Sunswop - Umhlanga Sands a complete joke

I have timeshare at Umhlanga Sands and had my units with the Gai Gordon timeshare office at Umhlanga Sands Resort for resale. On 4 March 22, I received an email from Sunswop to inform me that Tsogo Sun have distanced themselves from this agent and that i should contact Tsogo Sun for any resales or rentals Ok here we go - I phone the number given which is the Umhlanga Sands number - get hold of a gentleman who tried to avoid giving or pronouncing his name clearly (Sicelo) and i get given a number to phone a Bridgette at Beacon Isle Hotel. I contact Bridgette who says she is basically filling in for Umhlanga Sands timeshare resales and rentals until Umhlanga Sands get their timeshare rentals and resale operation under way. Why one would ask, do Tsogo Sun - Sunswop - Unhlanga Sands conglomerate send this type of email out before they are in a position to manage the situation- clearly atrocious bad business management Bridgette said that she would email me to let me know that she has registered my two timeshare units for resale. Its now the 14 March 22 and i have had no conformation of the above at all. What would you expect from what is evidently a drowning ship with no capacity, expertise, PR or inclination to help anyone I am now convinced i have interpreted the situation correctly - the standard is dropping - sell the units if I can and get out before they become another worthless piece of sub standard SA merchandise Useless is a kind word to describe Tsogo Sun and Umhlanga Sands Timeshare resort - a partnership running around in circles like a ....
