Sunswop - no invoice for transaction as usual

As i do most years I exchanged some timeshare points though Sunswop to book accommodation. The cost for such a transaction is R600 I explicitly asked the agent voice and email to please send me the invoice or some form of proof for the R600 that was withdrawn from my CCRD- and still have been unable to source such an invoice or statement or anything Something not right in the state of Sunswop??
