<p>Sun Swop Reservation Agent was unprofessional in that he raised his voice while discussing a payment query and demanding that the guest certificate payment be made telephonically via credit card. As an owner of 4 weeks of timeshare at the Beacon Isle hotel upon swopping a week Sun Swop Reservations ( Interval International Ltd) insist on a administration fee of R439. In addition since a direct member of my family is utelizing the week and additional guest certificate fee of R50 is payable.
