Conned and ribbed by Dean Nair, another nightmare building story

Most *****ed thieving company ever. Dean Nair, aka Charra, smoothest talker ever but knows nothing about construction as can be seen by what he did to my property and witnessed by the string of artisans he also conned into working for him.

Used every trick in the book to talk hia way into getting the job and extrapolating money from me. Bought the cheapest, poorest quality materials ever, didn't even build in correct sequence, stole everything he could from my property, causing huge damages and further losses to me. Didn't pay workers money owing to them, produced false invoices and conned artisans into producing same. Charged deposits for electrical and plumbing work, but only paid a pittance for labour.

When I discovered what a ***** he was and how he was just *****ing my money and stuff from my property, I told him to get off the site immediately, but he refused to move off and sent a lawyers letter within 24 his claimi.ng I owe him more money and he's occupying the property "in lien". So it took 3 weeks more to get him off site, with a string of unpaid laborers and many unhappy people.

Many regrets for being introduced to him but another chin artist, and falling for his countless lies and dishonesty.

I learnt he doesn't have Con in his business name for no reason, but he goes under many different business names, so beware of this man and don't believe a word he says
