They are not flexible for even a charity event!

Worst experience ever! They wouldn’t deliver toilets for a charitable event. We made payment this morning from a charitable organisation, which is a foundation. It takes time to get all the directors and beneficiaries to sign off before. They wanted us to give them documents and everything in a day. Their phone etiquette is honestly horrible. I’m so disappointed. We have no toilets for our event. They said it takes 7 days for a refund but they needed the documents from us within 10 hours???? Ridiculous. Honestly. So disgusted. They refused to make a plan or be flexible or anything. Honestly horrible.
