do not use sunshine pools, glenwood durban, *********** and zero service
i took my dominator Kreepy Krauly to my local agent sunshine pools, glenwood durban, on the 5th of may, i am still waiting for it to be returned seven weeks later
with lots of excuses and no action of courtesy of a follow up call
i was told the repair would take a week at the time the sales assistant pointed out the tracks would need to be replaced because of wear and tear and they confirmed the part would be order, although you do wonder why as a agent these simple part are not in stock
after 5 week of the kreepy krauly finally being fixed, that stood in there shop for 2 weeks no tracks were ordered...

As far as we are aware you purchased your pool cleaner from a Mass store.
During the period you had the pool cleaner with us, we were as frustrated with the manufacturer as we were unable to get any replacement parts from the manufacture.
We sincerely do apologies for not communicating this to you on a regular basis.
Your machine has since been repaired and we have had it delivered to you.
We value every clients feedback both positive and unfortunate those negative and will continue to improve where we can.
