Sunshine Hospital Dr FS Kasirye

It is with disappointment that I write this review. My son went in to the Sun Shine hospital for an X Ray on 31 January 2020. We have an excellent and very well reputed medical aid scheme and the bill was submitted. The medical aid date of payment was scheduled for 6 February 2020. On 6 February at 13:02 we received and sms as follows" Good day your outstanding account INV *** amount R546.61 for DR FS KASIRYE will now be handed over to an attorney for non payment. Kind regards Elizabeth and a telephone number" We called Elizabeth to query as it is a mere 7 days since the service. Elizabeth was very rude and said she is only doing her job and we can do as we wish. The sms puts a person in a bad mood especially when you know the bill will be paid. What is worst is Elizabeth made no attempt to contact me but sms is explicit that we will be handed over to attorneys for an X Ray costing R546,61? This is not a good service and my medical aid has never not paid any bill so I have complete confidence that the bill will be paid.
