On the 23rd of January 2018 I received an sms stating a R109.00 debit order will go through from my account on the 31st of January 2018. With my full ID number plus the words Amandla4More Sunsettrip as a reference, of which I did not authorize nor did I know what the company was about. I then proceeded to contact them on ********** 067 of which I spoke to Mr Tebogo Medupi to try and figure out what is the company about and where did they get my personal details, he further on explained that I should have been contacted by their call center of which I would have agreed to the debit order, that's where I explained that I did not receive any call from their company nor do I know what they are about. He politely asked if I want to cancel the debit order of which I agreed, and promised they will investigate how my personal details were captured without my consent, I then asked how will I be contacted and kept up to date with the investigation he did not provide a valid answer, I asked for the manager number/email address I was told he was in a meeting & they were not allowed to give their numbers but they were able to conversagate my personal information without my consent.
