Disrespectful & rude bullies

just now I supported the salon for years. My experience today will change that. I have never been treated worse in my life. So disrespectful and rude and it's not the first time. Screaming at paying customers for not sticking to your rules while we weren't informed is no way of doing business! Respect doesn't cost a dime! Threatening us with legal action while none of them wore masks for an entire week of visiting the salon? We weren't ******** just uninformed as these rules weren't stipulated, communicated, or pointed out to us beforehand. It is not defamatory as we spoke the truth regarding our unpleasant experience which is further proven in the comment section where I was personally attacked because I pointed out our rights as consumers and stating that our complaints are "hogwash".
