Do not recommend for Crown work

I would not recommend Sunset Dental for crown work.

I had multiple crowns done and experienced ongoing failures, including crowns coming loose repeatedly, crowns being remade more than once, incorrect colour crowns, and impressions having to be redone multiple times after being damaged between the practice and the lab (including three times in one week).

After more than a year of corrective treatment and over 20 visits to try to rectify the problems, the issues were still not resolved. Independent specialists later advised that the crowns and bite were incorrect and that surrounding natural teeth had been affected.

Although I eventually received a refund, I am now paying for further treatment elsewhere to undo and correct this work, which may now include orthodontic treatment as well as replacement crowns.

This experience caused serious emotional distress and took a significant toll on my overall wellbeing.
