Unhappy on how I am treated as a budget customer...

My car was taken to Sunset Bodyworks beginnung of August with bymoer smashed after I hit a straydog on my way to work.. It was raining profusely and visibility was bad... However, su ce my car has been there almost a month and failure of budget insurance and Sunset to keep me updated, I incurred terrubke financial lossdue to numerous calls from my cell andha i g to hire people to transport me to work and to shops. My car myst niw go to Renault to access why my wipers don't work, which h worked on the night of the accident. My turbo don't work that worked perfectly well before the accident. I have an oil leak whuch they claim are not telated to the accident.. Now Renaults report will determine if the repair of the furbo and wiper if nit accident related, be for my account... Nevermind I telling them everything worked fine prior the accident... The car was their for a month, anything could've happened... Lots of guys worked on my car... I dunno. Please advuce me... Cause the blames are shifted and a claim consultant at budget told me I cannot blame budget.., but Sunset bodyshop are their choice of service providers
