purchased Bed and the quality was poor

I purchased a bed from this store ,I had problems with the base ,the legs broke and sunk in,the top of the base broke also.I complained to the owner ,After quite some time.I was told they will pick it up and sort it, in the interim we slept on the floor for 3 days, after some phone calls to her ,I. Received another bed.I appreciated it. I complained to her after 2 weeks that the bed was very uncomfortable(hard_)Got no response, I thoughti if I left it for a longer it would come right.but it didn't ,then 1 leg sunk in leaving a hole in the base.we experiencing terrible backaches
