Probably the worst hotel in ****et

What hasn’t gone wrong. We have had the worst service ever here, no one understands us so it makes fixing an issue even more frustrating. Our bedding never fits our bed properly. The reception staff is so unhelpful I will call to have something fixed 3 times before it actually happens and when I lost my tablets they told me they will deal with it tomorrow. No one here understands English which is funny because it is a hotel so when my boyfriend asked if we will be charged for phone calls she just smiled and said no because she didn’t understand him and now they have given us R1000 phone bill and when I spoke to management to try sort it out they told me they will talk to me tomorrow. Do not take a superior sea view room because it is literally infront of a road and the doors don’t seal properly so you just hear cars all night. Also we went on a tour today that left at 5am and by 6.45pm and our room has still not been done and once again the problem can’t simply be resolved I had to phone and wait and eventually when down stairs to find out what was going on they told me it’s my fault I left the do not disturb light on and I didn’t even touch the do not disturb light they can even look on the cameras at our room and you will be able to see that it wasn’t on. I am honestly so fed up with this hotel I would rather book myself on the next flight to Cape Town and go home. If you are looking for a hotel in ****et, Patong Area I really do not recommed the Sunset Beach Resort.
