I paid a deposit for the conference facility for 2 weeks for November 2017. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the my training. I was assured numerous times in writing that I would be refunded my full deposit of R35 000.00. To date I have still not been refunded. This has been 6 months that I have been **** to.
