Spur bad service experience
About two hours ago, my husband and I decided to try eating out since we’re new to the area. We chose Spur, a place near the beach, thinking it would be a nice first experience—unfortunately, it turned out to be our last. The service was disappointing from the start. It felt like we were not welcome at all. After about 30 minutes of waiting for our order, it hadn’t arrived. My husband had to go ask about it, only to find that others who ordered after us had already been served the same meal. This raised suspicion and frustration. We were told different things—one claimed the food was frozen, another said it was skipped and the management insisted that they had to redo our order because it wasn’t properly done. This confusing and unpleasant experience completely ruined our day and our appetite. It was a visit we won’t forget, but not for the right reasons.
