very poor service delivery

I bought a Russel Hobbs Breadman for R499 on 7 March 2019. It was faulty. Return the product to them within 14 days and they said they would refund me. After several phone calls and emails I still battling to get my refund. There service delivery are very poor. I also had to pay R200 for delivery and returning the breadman to them.
