VERY BAD SERVICE AND NOT RELIABLE

Markert kokoro bought a deep freezer from Sunrose. We were given the wrong freezer and never managed to get it replaced or refunded. About 2 months later it stopped working all together. We tried to get assistant from them but no luck,, they keep shifting responsibility to other branches. they must just fetch their freezer
