They are very dishonest!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company they don't take their customers very seriously, I purchased an ice maker with them in mid June 2019 got delivered in my home town Newcastle in KZN, tried to connect the machine is was not working unfortunately, when I called the guy who than was my assistant, told me to keep trying the machine is new, it's has to work, around August came to joburg where I bought the machine to at least show me how to connect it because I thought maybe I didn't know how to connect it, Went back to kzn still the machine wasn't working, trying calling the guy, but this time around he just didn't care like he use to when he wanted me to buy the machine, Cutting the matter short, December I called again only this time I wanted my refund because nobody was willing to assist me, to my surprise they telling me I can only get my refund if I come to them with a court order, it's been 6 months I have tried to reach out to this guys so many ways but nothing
