THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH

I purchased an aircon during a black Friday sale on 24 Nov 23. I was advised that immediate payment is required to get the aircon installed either the same day or next day. I made the payment and waited for the installers to arrive at my home. I followed up everyday and was always told they are coming. Five days later they arrived. We realize that it is not back to back installation. I ask for an additional quote. They quoted another R2700 to install 6m away from the inside unit. I advised that I cannot afford another R2700 and said we rather not proceed with the installation. I was then advised thag there is no refund. No mention of it on the invoice.

Days past ..back and forth communication they refused to refund. They said that until I can afford the extra R2700 then I can get my aircon. I tried recalling the funds through my bank and the merchant disputed it. On 21 December I went to the property in Overport and after not getting a refund, I picked up the aircon myself and was promised that they would install it.. Within the invoice there was R1000 included for installation...theu advised thag they would install this week and they have not arrived to date to instal the aircon. Terrible customer service. Once you pay, they do not respond to calls or messages. It's a quick sale for them DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY
