Sunrose // Popcorn Machine // 9684L

I bought a popcorn machine from Sunrose Online based in Durban. about 2 weeks ago, like every other business, they wont release your item unless its paid for, however, I made payment the Monday (March 6th 2023) and was told that my machine will be delivered to me the Friday (March 10th 2023) however, when I followed up on the delivery of my machine I was told, the courier didn't collect my machine at the time but it will definitely be collected. The weekend went by, still no machine. I then followed up the Monday and my machine was never collected, and everyday, with collection the Monday (March 13th 2023), my machine will only be delivered to me the Thursday (March 16th 2023) and it is Friday (March 17th 2023) and when I called them, they couldn't give me any answers to my machine, all I am told is, the courier company is on strike @Courierit, @Thecourier, @DSV, all 3 companies they make use of, is on strike, there is no manager to speak to... the customer services is pathetic, and when I arranged for my machine to be collected and to be refunded the amount I paid for delivery, I was told that my refund takes 30 days to process... It's like ***... you want my money up front, but it's ok for me to wait 30days. oh hell no
