Sunrose Online What a bunch of lies

I have purchaced a Donut Maker on the 8 September 2018 from Sunrose Online I received the unit on the 17 September 2018 Thought I get a nice new unit Thats what invoice said.!! What a supprice BROCKEN 2nd Hand Unit filthy dirty oily greacy didnt even want tou habndle this THING. I got all the fotos to show..He wanted to put blaim on courier company breaking the unit but doesn answer me on the used unit story One excuse was I got the unit at a good price REALR NOW so if you get a good price unit its 2nd hand and brocken What a joke ....Phoned Mohammed on same day didnt give me a excuse just said send the unit back.I did they dont want to carry the freight cost said I must pay and I must pay again for resending the replacement unit up again He even complaind that I have send E Mail to management or try and phone them ...Why should I pay for something thats not my fault??Every time I send the courier company out there to pick up the replacement unit there is a excuce the unit is not ready ?? a New unit not ready? It went so bad the courier company wants to invoice me for going to pick up the unit everytime and is not ready or so called to late even after telling Mohammed they are on there way. He even insisted that I change the courier company witch I did...Even they got there and the unit was not ready AGAIN...This hase been going on now for more than a week so that Mohammed doesnt answer mails,calls put a block on my numbers, This is SERVICE Trying to get hold of the manager or owner Nobody answers mails ect Today the 4 October still no unit the Courier was only given the unit on the 3rd again not as promised date was supposed to be ready the 2nd I am fedup with lies and empty promisses if I can get hold of them.....or my call gets screened How can I trust Sunrose Online and there staff
