Sunrose online poor service

I have ordered my Freezer 6weeks ago.

They said to me I was going to get it in 3 weeks time... I have been making a follow up but till this day I have not received my freezer... Last week they said they where waiting for delivery.... Now when I try to call them they don't answer my calls nor reply my WhatsApp massages like they used too...

Not sure what to do anymore
