Sunrose Online Durban rogues

I'm here to tarnish the name of Sunrose Online.. Apart from the machine being worthless and malfunctions after a month... That guy at sunrose Durban is a rogue,screams at u.. Doesn't even give you a chance to even pull out messages as proof and chases you out.. I have purchased a donut machine for the Amount of R17 500..after the sales man from August to November has failed to answer me after numerous calls messages and emails.. That guy Zain if I'm correct fails to reprimand his staff for lack of communication as to when I can pick up my machine but screams at me and makes it my fault.. They had given me an incorrect machine.. A broken rusted old machine.. He thereafter tells me that I should settle for that machine as I took to long to come in but not reprimanding his staff for ignoring me.. He has now told me that the machine I had brought in which was given by his staff which I had stated that was not my machine but insisted by Kreshnie who sits in the admins side insisted that it was.. After proving to them by sending pics that my machine had red buttons not green.. After much debate the machine was found but no response thereafter to pick up.. When u do go in they tell you haven't arranged and to go back.. Now Zain from sunrose Durban tells me that I should settle with a second hand as it's in in thr condition that it is yet I have pics and messages sent via whatsapp that this old broken rusted machine is not mine.. How do u take back an old rusted machine in top form as it was given that way.. They said the box is broken but yet I have pics of the box being broken receiving it from them like that.. I had paid R17 500 for brand new and Zain from sunrose Online Durban chased me out the store to settle for second hand.. How is it lawful for sunrose to ignore u give you the incorrect machine and still have the audacity to tell u to settle for second hand yet u purchased brand new.. I want everyone to know how pathetic they are.. They have no empathy for us customers who are trying to make a living.. They rude.. No telephone etiquette.. They are rogues and I hope Zain is put in his place for the way he treats and screams at us
