Sunrose Online - Beware- Always Big delays.

First time I ordered from Sunrose online I waited 7 weeks for delivery. Because they had no stock, but did not tell me this before I paid. This time I called before the time and asked them to please check if they have stock before I did my payment. They said yes they do have stock and delivery will be normal time between 2 - 7 working days. The moment I made payment they phone me and tell me sorry they made a mistake and they don't have stock. So I cancelled my order and asked them for a refund. It is 4 days now and no refund. I made an immediate payment so that the money shows in their account within 3 hours. I send Emails but no reply. I am also a buyer on Bid or Buy and never had any problems from their clients. But I see Sunrose Online is also on Bid or Buy and would like to warn the buyers on Bid or Buy to be very careful of Sunrose Online, somehow they always have some excuse to cause delays. Be careful.
