Sunrose Online - BE AWARE

<div>This company should not be in business anymore, I received a used machine after buying a "brand new" one with a "12 month warranty". The very next day I messaged to say that on unpacking the machine, the blades for it were chipped and had definitely been used. They told me I could pay for replacement blades if I wanted to at a ridiculous fee! Then, looking into the machine discover a huge crack in it which makes it shake uncontrollably so it wasn't able to be used. I contacted them, being given the runaround by an extremely rude and disrespectful employee Mr W. Only to be told to ship the item to Durban for repairs - so pay for courier costs AND TO REPAIR THE MACHINE!! What a joke. So I'm down R6000 that I paid for a machine I could never use. These people are *********, will not help you, and sell items that are not new! BEWARE> I am in the process of dealing with this matter legally, so anyone who wishes to come forward experiencing same can contact me! Thank you</div>
