Sunrose online

good day

i bought an oven with Sunrose online, in April this year, in October it broke, i called them informing the oven its broken, they told me to bring it back to them since it was still under guarantee. i did that,the oven its still with them till today, they are not assisting me & im loosing my clients. kindly assist me. i even tried to threatened them telling them my lawyers will call them. hoping they will take me serious. but still they are not assisting. i told them i want my money now
