I stay 180 kilos from there branch in jhb when I pfone to buy a doughnut machine they said there's one left told them I am on my way came there and the salesman said he made a mistake he already sold it that one was R15000 so he say there is another one for R19000 I have saved money for months to buy this I then bought the R19000 one very happy took it home I had a very big event that week bought thousands of dough and chocolate we expected more than 4000 people put it on next day after purchasing not working every thing is falling apart long story short after 4 months phine calls 3 times up and down driving even took it ourself to Durban branch more than R5000 petrol expenses phone calls crying lost alot of business on Friday the 11 October headoffice told me I can go through to jhb and choose something else security opens and say people is inside soon as we park they don't want to open st that moment people in a taxi stop on the outside start talking on phone and directing to me I got scared got in my car and drove away phones headoffice told them what happen they promise u must go back every thing is fine they will open go back still got nothing those people are scaled even the security warned us
