Purchase from Sunrose online and be ****ed!

I purchased a stand mixer from Sunrose on the 5 November 2018. Within 2 weeks the mixer mal functioned I complained to the owner he ordered a part which was to arrive via air freight which never did. In the meanwhile the machine was returned to us. This week the machine literally fell apart in to two sections. I took the machine to him. He was quite aggressive in his response blaming the fact that the machine fell apart on me. I explained to him that I had no wish to be there but since I had bought the machine from him I was forced to bring it back. At this point he decided he wanted nothing to do with repairing the machine and gave it back to me. The mixer is not even 6 months old. I would like people to know that when you buy from Sunrose you have no guarantee or back up. I will now have to reclaim the meny I paid via the court as I have no other alternative.
