Poor quality product and bad business ethics

If there was a no star rating it would be too much. I had purchased a 3 tray 1 deck oven from sunrose in March 2022. In June 2022, the oven had already started to rust on the inside. I have tried liaising with sunrose as this was brand new equipment that was rusting after 3 months as yet I still have not received a response from this company This company's business ethics are deplorable .
