Poor Customer Relations

At first the sales lady that I was dealing with was very pleasent and she still is.. But the Branch Manager Preshnie is utterly terrible.. Apart from her not understanding what I spoke to the sales lady about.. She expected me to drive to Durban from South Coast to get an understanding of the situation.Every time I tried to ask her to listen to me.. She spoke on top of my voice.. When I spoke to the sales lady who returned my call apologizing about the managers behavior.. She explained the company policy which I understood and I did the payment...The Manager ger has no customer ethics and should not even be allowed to take calls.. When I asked to speak to the owner.. She said that his overseas and gave me an email which I personally think goes to herself.. I don't advise for ppl to buy from these ppl if they don't change their work ethics...Apart from acting like owing the company.. You sit behind a title that you don't know the meaning off or u certainly lack on certain areas of ur job.
