Pathetic Service

The worst experience ever, I bought an aircon after enquiring online, a sales representative called me and sold me how good their air conditioner is, I paid for the product even more than the first quote as I was getting quality is what the sales person told me. The company requests that full amount needs to be paid before installation , I was hesitant but then paid. Before they complete the job I get a call from The company that I need to pay a further R150 as they used more cabling. I had told them that I need more cabling which they have charged me for and now want to change me again. When I called them their customer service is pathetic, I never dealt with more arrogant people in my life, I dealt with Ahmed, Krishnie and the worst of all is the owner, a Muslim guy with the worst attitude ever, no people skills. After robbing me of R150, when I get home the worst aircon installation I have seen in my life. Do buy anything from them, this is my 2nd bad experience with them. The also go as Blue star which is the name they use for installing air-conditioning. Please please I do not recommend anyone uses these people
