Part two:- having sent the oven back to them after trying for 4 days to get it to work and telling them that at 75yrs old we no longer wanted it as we are selling our home they have said that they cannot keep it and tough luck after asking again for our R18500 back this is the only communication we have had from day one I only wish that we had joined Hello Peter before now we will go down the comsumer protection route
