Paid for new Feezer. Got sent a damaged product.

I ordered a freezer from Sunrose and then they told me I would have the freezer within 2 days. https://sunrose.co.za/?product=double-swing-door-upright-freezer-15-degrees A week went by and I followed up to be told that the freezer was damaged during transit and they will send me another one. Today the freezer arrived and is clearly the damaged freezer that they sent me.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL RECEIVE 2ND HAND GOODS.
