My money R25498 has been ****** by Sunrose Online

I have bought a Unassembled Food trailer from Sunrose Online. They offered to organize my transportation to Port Elizabeth. After 3 weeks that I waited no Food Trailer. Then they contacted me to say I need to pay additional R2000 for courier. In total I Paid R25498.00 for the Unassembled Food trailer. After 1 half months of not getting my trailer it arrived all damaged not crated properly. I have told Sunrose I wont accept broken nor damaged goods. Its today the 18 March 2019 I have still no trailer nor do I have my money. I went to the Ombudsman waiting for outcome. Next I'm going to open a ***** and theft case against them. And I think of contacting Carte Blanch . As they have taken my money 22 January and I still have no trailer nor a refund.
