Ice Cream Machine Purchase

Untrustable company with ********* practices and Poor service. We purchased an ice cream machine from Sunrose Online, and when a component gave way, the machine was returned to the company as per a request of Zaheer A****aker to replace the component. Money was requested from the company and payment was made for the new part. When the machine was returned, it came back in a damaged condition with the component not replaced. Sunrose online was approached on multiple occasions to resolve the issue but the staff refused to entertain the problem stating zaheer is unavailable. This has been on going since November 2022 to current.
